1. Who we are
Croatia Holiday Travel is the customer-facing brand of ŽIŽIĆ, obrt za prijevoz i usluge, registered in Croatia (NKD 49.33.0, 49.32, 52.32.0). Contact: info@croatiaholidaytravel.com, +385 98 647 413.
2. Nature of services (not a travel agency)
We offer private chauffeur transport. We can help connect you with accommodation and activities—you contract and pay providers directly.
We provide passenger transport and optional mediation to connect you with third-party service providers. We do not organize or sell package travel arrangements (“paket-aranžmani”) under the Croatian Tourism Services Act (NN 130/17, 70/21, Articles 7 and 12). Transport packages on this website describe transport scope only — not bundled holidays.
3. Quotes and bookings
- Custom routes are quoted within 24 hours on business days.
- A binding transport contract is formed when you accept a written quote and pay any required deposit.
- Instant online booking (Phase B) applies only to fixed airport transfer SKUs.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices on the website are indicative unless marked as fixed SKUs. Transport is invoiced separately from any mediation commissions. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation rules are confirmed in your transport quote and contract.
Lawyer review pending: cancellation tiers, no-show policy, and chargeback handling (Dodatak C §8–12).
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate pickup details, passenger counts, and flight information. You are responsible for arranging and paying third-party providers (hotels, restaurants, guides, ferries) directly unless explicitly stated in a signed transport agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the transport services we provide under signed transport agreements. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of services provided by third parties you contract with directly.
7. Mediation (Premium Concierge)
Optional mediation (+€50/day) helps connect you with partners. We do not guarantee availability of third-party services. Commissions from partners, if any, are disclosed in your quote where applicable.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Split, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
