Deklaracija o zaštiti osobnih podataka
Temeljem Uredbe (EU) 2016/679 Europskog parlamenata i Vijeća od 27.04.2016.g. o zaštiti pojedinaca u vezi s obradom osobnih podataka i o slobodnom kretanju takvih podataka te o stavljanju izvan snage Direktive 95/46/EZ (Opća uredba o zaštiti podataka) i drugih propisa u vezi iste (u daljnjem tekstu: Uredba i propisi), tvrtka Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.. donosi slijedeću:
DEKLARACIJU O ZAŠTITI OSOBNIH PODATAKA
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.., trgovačko društvo osnovano po hrvatskom pravu, sa sjedištem u Splitu, Mostarska 104, OIB; 19969808813 (u daljnjem tekstu: Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.) je obveznik poštivanja i provedbe Uredba i propisa, sve kako slijedi:
1. Osnovni pojmovi Uredbe i propisa:
- Voditelj obrade - fizička ili pravna osoba, tijelo javne vlasti, agencija ili drugo tijelo koje samo ili zajedno s drugima određuje svrhe i sredstva obrade osobnih podataka
-Obrada - svaki postupak ili skup postupaka koji se obavljaju na osobnim podacima ili na skupovima osobnih podataka, bilo automatiziranim bilo neautomatiziranim sredstvima.
- Osobni podaci - svi podaci koji se odnose na pojedinca čiji je identitet utvrđen ili se može utvrditi izravno ili neizravno.
Osobni podaci u agenciji obrađuju se na način da se voditelj obrade, u svim svojim organizacijskim jedinicama, striktno pridržava sljedećih načela:
(a) zakonitost, poštenost i transparentnost; voditelj obrade obrađuje podatke prema svim važećim zakonskim odredbama, štiteći sva potrebna prava ispitanika; voditelj obrade će ispitaniku pružiti sve dodatne informacije neophodne za osiguravanje poštene i transparentne obrade uzimajući u obzir posebne okolnosti i kontekst obrade osobnih podataka; voditelj obrade ne izvršava profiliranje ispitanika ni automatizirano donošenje odluka
(b) ograničenje svrhe; podaci će biti prikupljeni u posebne, izričite i zakonite svrhe te se dalje ne smiju obrađivati na način koji nije u skladu s tim svrhama; ali je moguća daljnja obrada u svrhe arhiviranja u javnom interesu, u svrhe znanstvenog ili povijesnog istraživanja ili u statističke svrhe
(c) smanjenje količine podataka; podaci će biti primjereni, relevantni i ograničeni na ono što je nužno u odnosu na svrhe za koje se obrađuju
(d) pouzdanost: voditelj obrade je odgovoran za poštivanje načela i da je teret dokaza na njemu
Postupanje Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a u skladu s ovom Deklaracijom odnosi se na sve fizičke i pravne osobe koje nam daju na znanje ili korištenje bilo koju vrstu osobnih podataka (zaposlenici, vanjski klijenti, poslovni suradnici i sve ostale treće osobe).
- Izvršitelj obrade - fizička ili pravna osoba, tijelo javne vlasti, agencija ili drugo tijelo koje obrađuje osobne podatke u ime voditelja obrade.
-Treća strana- fizička ili pravna osoba, tijelo javne vlasti, agencija ili drugo tijelo koje nije ispitanik, voditelj obrade, izvršitelj obrade ni osobe koje su ovlaštene za obradu osobnih podataka pod izravnom nadležnošću voditelja obrade ili izvršitelja obrade;
-Primatelj - fizička ili pravna osoba, tijelo javne vlasti, agencija ili drugo tijelo kojem se otkrivaju osobni podaci, neovisno o tome je li on treća strana. Međutim, tijela javne vlasti koja mogu primiti osobne podatke u okviru određene istrage u skladu s pravom Unije ili države članice ne smatraju se primateljima; obrada tih podataka koju obavljaju ta tijela javne vlasti mora biti u skladu s primjenjivim pravilima o zaštiti podataka prema svrhama obrade;
2. Zakonitost obrade i pravni temelj:
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. kao voditelj obrade ili izvršitelj obrade osobnih podataka zakonito obrađuje osobne podatke na temelju sljedećih pravnih temelja / osnova obrade:
-ispitanik je dao privole za obradu osobnih podataka u jednu ili više svrha
-obrada je nužna radi izvršenja ugovora u kojoj je ispitanik stranka
-zakonske obveze voditelja obrade
-zaštite ključnih interesa ispitanika ili druge fizičke osobe
-izvršenja zadaće od javnog interesa ili izvršenje službenih ovlasti voditelja obrade
-legitimnog interesa voditelja obrade ili treće strane.
Pravna osnova za obradu utvrđuje se prema Pravu Unije ili pravu države članice kojem Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. podliježe.
3.Svrha obrade:
Osobni podaci prikupljaju se u svrhu izvršavanja zakonskih obveza Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a, te radi ispunjenja predmeta poslovanja sukladno važećoj registraciji tvrtke.
Podaci se prikupljaju radi korištenja i upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, ukljućujući praćenja kvalitete profesionalnog rada, radi ostvarivanja prava i obveze iz radnog odnosa, kao i prava i obveza temeljem rada i pružanja usluga turističke agencije, te u druge službene, odnosno poslovne svrhe.
Podaci koji se prikupljaju moraju biti primjereni i relevantni i isključivo u količini koja je nužna za ostvarivanje svrhe obrade osobnih podataka.
4.Kategorije osoba na koje se podaci odnose
Zbirke podataka se odnose prvenstveno na sve osobe koje su sklopile ugovore o radu neposredno s Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-om kao poslodavcem (ugovor o radu na određeno, ugovor o radu na neodređeno, ugovor o djelu i sl. ), kao i sve osobe koje su kao klijenti dio pružanja usluga iz djelokruga turističke agencije.
Uz prethodnu privolu, osobni podaci mogu se prikupljati, obrađivati i koristiti dalje za sve klijente koji su zatražili pružanje usluga turističke agencije, kao i ostalih zakonom propisanih djelatnosti Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a.
Ove osobe imaju pravo u svako doba odustati od dane privole i zatražiti prestanak daljnje obrade i čuvanja njihovih podataka, osim ako se radi o obradi i čuvanju podataka prema zakonom propisanoj svrsi i rokovima.
Zbirke se odnose i na sve druge vanjske klijente i poslovne suradnike, te ostale treće osobe kako je navedeno pod točkom 5. ove Deklaracije, Uredbom i propisima.
5.Kategorije podataka i zbirke:
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. kao voditelj obrade ili izvršitelj obrade obrađuje sljedeće kategorije osobnih podataka:
-osobne podatke zaposlenika
-osobne podatke vanjskih klijenata
-osobne podatke poslovnih partnera/suradnika/trećih osoba.
Temeljem Uredbe i propisa Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. uspostavlja i vodi zbirke osobnih podataka, kao i evidencije koje sadrže osnovne informacije o zbirci.
Naziv zbirke:
Zbirka osobnih podataka zaposlenika
Zbirka osobnih podataka o plaćama i računima zaposlenika
Zbirka osobnih podataka vanjskih klijenata
Zbirka osobnih podataka poslovnih suradnika i trećih osoba.
Zbirke podataka moguće je dodavati, mijenjati i brisati ovisno o potrebama poslovanja, sukladno procedurama Uredbe i propisa.
6.Način prikupljanja i čuvanja podataka
Uprava Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a donosi odluku o osobama zaduženim za zaštitu osobnih podataka /službenik/, kao i odluku o osobama koje su osim poslodavca ovlaštene za nadziranje, prikupljanje, obrađivanje, korištenje i dostavljanje osobnih podataka. Podaci o navedenim osobama dostupni su na oglasnoj ploči i internet stranici Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a.
Prije prikupljanja bilo kojih osobnih podataka, djelatnici Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a dužni su informirati ispitanika čiji se podaci prikupljaju o identitetu voditelja obrade ili izvršitelja obrade osobnih podataka, o svrsi obrade u koju su podaci namijenjeni, te pravnoj osnovi za obradu.
Osobni podaci uzimaju se neposredno od ispitanika usmeno ili pisanim putem, kao i na druge dopuštene načine.
Da bi se izbjegao neovlašteni pristup osobnim podacima, podaci u pisanom obliku (Zbirke osobnih podataka) čuvaju se u registratorima, u zaključanim prostorijama ili ormarima s ograničenim pristupom odlukom uprave imenovanih zaposlenika, a podaci u računalima zaštićuju se dodjeljivanjem korisničkog imena i lozinke koja je poznata zaposlenicima koji obrađuju te podatke te se radi daljnje sigurnosti i tajnosti pohranjuju na serveru, koji je zaštićen primjerenim informatičkim i tehničkim zaštitama.
Uništavanje osobne dokumentacije obavlja se s posebnom pažnjom (rezanjem, usitnjavanjem i sl.).
7.Vremensko razdoblje čuvanja i uporabe podataka
Evidencija/zbirka zaposlenika počinje se voditi na dan zasnivanja radnog odnosa, a prestaje se voditi na dan prestanka radnog odnosa. Podaci o zaposlenicima predstavljaju dokumentaciju trajne vrijednosti koja se čuva temeljem zakonskih propisa uključivo temeljem posebnih popisa arhivskog i registraturnog gradiva s rokovima čuvanja dokumenata.
Evidencija/zbirka o vanjskim klijentima i poslovnim suradnicima, te trećim osobama vodi se od trenutka zasnivanja ugovornog ili drugog poslovnog odnosa, a prestaje se voditi ostvarenjem svrhe za koju su podaci prikupljeni, prestankom važenja ugovora među ugovornim stranama ili raskidom istog odnosno na poseban pisani zahtijev navedenih osoba. Podaci o navedenim osobama u ovom stavku koji predstavljaju dokumentaciju trajne vrijednosti koja se čuva temeljem zakonskih propisa, čuvaju se sukladno posebnim zakonskim propisima uključivo temeljem posebnih propisa arhivskog i registraturnog gradiva s rokovima čuvanja dokumenata.
8.Davanje osobnih podataka na korištenje drugim korisnicima
Osobni podaci sadržani u Zbirkama dostavljaju se na korištenje drugim korisnicima, ako je to potrebno radi obavljanja poslova u okviru zakonskih propisa, privole, ugovornog ili drugog poslovnog odnosa sukladno zakonom utvrđene djelatnosti Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a i drugih korisnika, a sve u skladu i prema proceduri Uredbe i propisa, Pravilniku Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a o zaštiti osobnih podataka, ovoj Deklaracije, te ostalim aktima Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a.
O osobnim podacima koji su dani na korištenje drugom korisniku, o drugom korisniku i o svrsi za koju su dani podaci vodi se posebna evidencija.
9.Mjere zaštite osobnih podataka
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. kao voditelj obrade ili izvršitelj obrade obrađuje osobne podatke na način koji jamči sigurnost osobnih podataka, tako da su zaštićeni od neovlaštenog pristupa, nezakonite obrade, slučajnoga gubitka, uništenja ili oštećenja.
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. sve navedeno u ovoj točci provodi organizacijskim i tehničkim mjerama.
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. kao voditelj obrade ili izvršitelj obrade provodi sljedeće organizacijske i tehničke mjere:
-zaštitu sustava od internih i eksternih rizika
-zaštitu od neovlaštenog pristupa
-zaštitu podataka u fizičkom obliku
-minimiziranje obrade, pseudonimizaciju
-propisivanje pravila – politiku zaštite podataka
-nadležnosti i odgovornosti vlasnika podataka
-periodičku obuku osoblja.
Osoblje Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a koje obrađuje osobne podataka dužno je poštovati organizacijske i tehničke mjere zaštite osobnih podataka koje su potrebne da bi se osobni podaci zaštitili u skladu s odredbama Uredbe i propisa, Pravilnika Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a o zaštiti osobnih podataka, ove Deklaracije i ostalih akata Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.a .
10.Dužnosti Voditelja obrade ili izvršitelja obrade:
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. je kao voditelj obrade ili izvršitelj obrade dužan najkasnije u roku od 30 dana od podnošenja zahtjeva, svakom ispitaniku na njegov zahtjev, odnosno njegovih zakonskih zastupnika ili punomoćnika:
-izdati preslike njegovih osobnih podataka koje obrađuje, bez naplate troškova za prvu presliku (usklađenje s načelom poštenja i transparentnosti te pravom ispitanika na pristup podatcima),
-ispraviti netočne osobne podatke koji se odnose na ispitanika (usklađenje s načelom ažurnosti i točnosti te s pravom ispitanika na ispravak)
- brisati osobne podatke u nekom od navedenih slučajeva (usklađenje s načelom ograničenja pohrane te s pravom ispitanika na brisanje (zaborav))
-brisati osobne podatke ispitanika s interneta i svih poveznica s tim osobnim podatcima, preslika ili rekonstrukcija (usklađenje s načelom ograničenja pohrane i s pravom ispitanika na ograničenost obrade)
-ograničiti obradu osobnih podataka u nekom od navedenih slučajeva (usklađenje s načelom ograničenja pohrane i s pravom ispitanika na ograničenost obrade).
-prenijeti drugom voditelju obrade u strukturiranom, strojnom, čitljivom obliku (USB, CD, e-pošta) osobne podatke ispitanika, ako je ispitanik to zatražio nakon raskida ugovora s voditeljem (usklađenje s pravom ispitanika na prenosivost podataka)
-upozoriti i omogućiti podnošenje prigovora ispitaniku, ako prvi put kontaktira s ispitanikom (potencijalnim kupcem) radi nuđenja proizvoda ili usluga za potrebe izravnog marketinga, podaci se obrađuju na temelju legitimnog interesa, (usklađenje s načelom transparentnosti i s pravom ispitanika na prigovor)
-odrediti osobu nadležnu za zaprimanje zahtjeva ispitanika i upravljanje procesom rješavanja zahtjeva (ako nije imenovao službenika za zaštitu osobnih podataka)
-osigurati način na koji će se ispitanik moći protiviti odluci voditelja obrade na temelju profila i provesti određene sljedeće zaštitne mjere.
11.Prava Ispitanika:
-pravo na informiranost - ispitanik ima pravo znati koji podaci će se prikupljati, zašto, tko će ih prikupljati, za koju svrhu i gdje će ti podaci ići,
-pravo na pristup - ispitanik može zatražiti da vidi koje informacije o njemu voditelj obrade ima,
-pravo na ispravak - ispitanik može zatražiti ispravak ako smatra da su podaci pogrešni ili netočni,
-pravo na brisanje - ispitanik može zatražiti brisanje podataka ako oni više nisu potrebni, izuzev kada postoji i pravna osnova za odbijanje brisanja podataka,
-pravo na ograničavanje obrade - ispitanik ima pravo zatražiti pauziranje obrade podataka ako postoje razlozi da se to učini,
-pravo na prijenos (dijela) podataka - ispitanik ima pravo zatražiti od voditelja obrade da mu preda osobne podatke na prenosnom mediju kako bi ih prenio drugom voditelju obrade,
-pravo na prigovor - ispitanik ima pravo na zaustavljanje obrade podataka,
-pravo da se na ispitanika ne odnosi automatizirano pojedinačno donošenje odluka, uključujući izradu profila.
Ispitanik će o svakoj obradi osobnih podataka biti informiran i to kako se osobni podatci koji se odnose na njega: prikupljaju, upotrebljavaju, daju na uvid ili na drugi način obrađuju te do koje se mjere ti osobni podaci obrađuju ili će se obrađivati.
Svaka informacija i komunikacija u vezi s obradom osobnih podataka ispitaniku je lako dostupna i razumljiva jer se prilikom informiranja ispitanika služi jasnim i jednostavnim jezikom.
Ispitanik je upoznat s identitetom voditelja ili izvršitelja obrade i svrhama obrade na internetskim stranicama voditelja ili izvršitelja obrade ili u prostorijama sjedišta / poslovnog prostora istog.
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. će obavještavati ispitanika s rizicima, pravilima, zaštitnim mjerama i pravima u vezi s obradom osobnih podataka i načinom ostvarenja njegovih prava u vezi s obradom podataka putem svoje internetske stranice ili u prostorijama sjedišta / poslovnog prostora u kojem obavlja djelatnost.

12.Pravni značaj Deklaracije
Ova Deklaracija je opći akt Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.-a s tim da svi dokumenti usklađenja obrade osobnih podataka u odnosu na cjelokupni proces poslovanja, kako i odnose s drugim voditeljima obrade, izvršiteljima obrade i tehničkim službama (bilo unutarnjim ili vanjskim), čine sastavni dio ove Deklaracije.

Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and other related regulations (hereinafter: Regulations), the Company Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. d.o.o. adopts the following:
PRIVACY NOTICE
GOLDEN LEAF TOURS D.O.O. d.o.o., a company established under the Croatian law, based in Split, Mostarska 104, OIB: 95003721612 (hereinafter: Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o.) shall be obliged to comply with and enforce the Regulations, as follows:
1. The basic terms of the Regulations:
- Controller - means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes, conditions and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law or Member States law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be foreseen by Union or Member States law;
-Processing - means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring or otherwise making available.
- Personal data - all data relating to an individual whose identity has been identified or can be determined directly or indirectly.
Personal information in the agency is handled in such a way that the manager of processing in all its organizational units strictly adheres to the following principles:
a) lawfulness, fairness and transparency; data controller processes the data according to all applicable legal provisions, protecting all the necessary rights of the respondent; the data controller will provide the respondent with all the additional information necessary to ensure fair and transparent processing, taking into account the special circumstances and context of personal data processing; the data controller does not perform the profiling of the respondents nor automated decision-making
(b) purpose limitation; the data will be collected for special, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not be processed in a way that is not in accordance with those purposes; but further processing can be made for purposes of archiving public interest, scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes
(c) reducing the amount of data; the data will be appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are being processed
(d) reliability: the data controller is responsible for the principles and will be able to demonstrate compliance with these principles.
The conduct of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. is in accordance with this Notice and refers to all natural and legal persons who give us knowledge or use of any kind of personal data (employees, external clients, business associates and all other third parties).
- Processor - means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
-Third Party- means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data;
-Recipient – means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall be in compliance with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing;
2. Lawfulness of processing and legal basis:
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o., as Controller or Processor shall lawfully process personal data on the following basis:
- the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes
- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party
- for the purpose of a legal obligation to which the controller is subject
- protection of the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person
- for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller
- for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.
The legal basis for the processing of data shall be determined in accordance with the Union law or the law of the Member States to which Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. is subject.
3. The purpose of the processing:
Personal data shall be collected for the purpose of meeting the legal obligations of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. and fulfilling the operation of the business in accordance with the company's valid registration.
Data shall be collected for the use and management of human resources, including monitoring the quality of professional work, exercising the rights and obligations from employment, as well as rights and obligations based on service of travel agency and other official or business purposes.
The data collected shall be appropriate and relevant and only in the amount necessary to achieve the purpose of processing personal data.
4. Category of persons to whom the data relate
Data collections relate primarily to all persons who have entered into employment contracts directly with Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. as an employer (fixed-term employment contract, permanent work contract, service contract, etc. ), as well as all persons who, as clients , are using the services of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o..
With prior consent, personal data may be collected, processed and further used for all clients who are using travel services of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. or any other services relating to the legal activity of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o..
These persons shall have the right to withdraw their consent at any time and to request the cessation of further processing and retention of their data, except for the processing and retention of data according to the purposes and deadlines laid down by law.
The Collections shall also apply to all other external clients and business associates, as well as other third parties as referred to in point 5 of this Privacy Notice and the Regulations.
5. Data categories and collections:
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. shall as the Controller or the Processor process the following categories of personal data:
- employee’s personal information
- external clients’ personal information
- business partners’/associates’/third parties’ personal information.
Pursuant to the Regulations, Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. shall establish and keep collections of personal data as well as records containing basic information about the collection.

Data collections may be added, modified and deleted depending on business needs, in accordance with the Regulations.
6. Method of collecting and storing data
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. Management shall appoint persons responsible for the protection of personal data / officer / as well as a decision on persons, other than the employer, authorized to supervise, collect, process, use and submit personal data. The data of the aforementioned persons shall be available on the notice board and on the website of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o..
Prior to collecting any personal data, Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. employees shall inform the data subject on the identity of the Controller or the Processor, the purpose of the processing and the legal basis for the processing.
Personal data shall be collected directly from the data subject either verbally or in writing, as well as in other legitimate ways.
In order to avoid unauthorized access to personal data, data in a written form (Personal Data Collections) are stored in registers, in locked rooms or cabinets with restricted accesses, and data on computers is protected by assigning individual username and password known to employee who process this data and are for further security and confidentiality stored on a server that is protected by adequate IT and technical protection.
Destruction of personal documentation shall be carried out with special care (cutting, shredding, etc.).
7. The time period for storage and use of data
Keeping of employees’ records / collections shall begin on the day of employment, and ceases on the day of termination of employment. Employee data is a documentation of enduring value that is kept on the basis of legal regulations, including special rules for keeping archives and records with document retention deadlines.
The records/collections of other external clients and business associates, as well as third parties, shall be kept from the moment the contractual or other business relationship is established and cease to be kept upon the completion of the purpose for which the data was collected, , agreement expiration between the parties hereto or its termination i.e or upon the specific written requests of the aforementioned persons. The data on the aforementioned persons under this paragraph which present a documentation of enduring value that is kept on the basis of legal regulations, shall be kept in accordance with special legal regulations, including on the basis of special rules for keeping archives and records with document retention deadlines.
8. Providing personal data to other users
Personal data contained in the Collections shall be submitted to other users if necessary for the purpose of performing business within the framework of legal regulations, consents, contractual or other business relationships in accordance with the legally established activity of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. and other users, all in accordance with the Regulations, Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. Data Protection Policy, this Privacy Notice, and other acts of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o..
A special record on personal data submitted to other users, on other users and the purpose for which the data is collected shall be kept.
9. Personal Data Protection Measures
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. shall, as the Controller or the Processor process personal data in a manner guaranteeing the security of personal data, protecting it from unauthorized access, illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. shall carry out all the above mentioned according to organizational and technical measures.
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. shall, as the Controller or the Processor, carry out the following IT, organizational and technical measures regarding:
- the protection of the system against internal and external risks
- the protection against unauthorised access
- the protection of data in physical form
- minimization of processing, pseudonymization
- provision of rules – data protection policy
- the data owner's responsibility
- periodical training of staff.
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. staff that process personal data shall comply with the technical and organizational data protection measures necessary to protect personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations, Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. Data Protection Policy, this Privacy Notice and other acts of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o..
10. Obligations of the Controller or the Processor:
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. as the Controller or as the Processor, shall within 30 days of the submission of the request at the latest, to each data subject at their request, or the request of their legal representatives or proxies:
- issue copies of their personal data processed, without charging the costs for the first copy (compliance with the principle of fairness and transparency and the right of the data subject to access data),
- correct inaccurate personal data pertaining to the data subject (compliance with the principle of timeliness and accuracy and with the right of the data subject to rectify their data)
- delete personal information in one of the above mentioned cases (compliance with the principle of storage limitation and the right of the data subject to have their data erased (right to be forgotten))
- delete the personal data of the data subject from the internet and any links containing these personal data, copy or reconstruction (compliance with the principle of storage limitation and the right of the data subject to the limitation of processing)
- restrict processing of personal information in one of the above mentioned cases (compliance with the principle of storage limitation and the right of the data subject to limitation of processing)
- transfer the data subject’s personal data to the other Controller in a structured, machine-readable form (USB, CD, e-mail), if the data subject requests it after the termination of the contract with the Controller (compliance with the right of the data subject to data transfer)
- warn or facilitate the submission of complaint by the data subject, if the data subject (potential buyer) is first contacted for the purpose of offering products or services for direct marketing purposes, the data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (compliance with the principle of transparency and the right of the data subject to the complaint)
- authorize the person in charge of receiving the requests of the data subjects and managing the request resolution process (if a personal data protection officer has not been appointed)
- provide a method for the data subject to object the decision of the Controller based on the profile and implement the protective measures specified.
11. Rights of the data subject:
- the right to be informed - the data subject has the right to know which data will be collected, why, who will collect the data, for what purpose and where will the data be transferred,
- the right to access - the data subject may request to see which information about the data subject is available to the Controller,
- the right to correction - the data subject may request the correction of data in case they consider the data incorrect,
- the right to erasure - the data subject may request the erasure of data if it is no longer required, except where there is a legal basis for refusing to delete the data,
- the right to restriction of processing - the data subject has the right to request the pause of data processing if there are reasons to do so,
- the right to portability of (a part of) the data - the data subject has the right to request from the Controller to submit their personal data on the portable medium in order to transfer them to the other Controller,
- the right to object - the data subject has the right to stop data processing,
- the right for the automated individual decision-making, including profiling, not be applied to the data subject.
The data subject will be informed of any processing of personal data as to how personal data relating to them are collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed and to the extent to which these personal data are processed or will be processed.
Any information and communication related to the processing of personal data shall be easily accessible and understandable to the data subject as it shall provide information written in a clear and simple language.
The data subject shall be acquainted with the identity of the Controller and the purpose of processing on the web site or in the premises of the head office / business premises of the Controller.
Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. shall inform the data subject of the risks, rules, protective measures and rights relating to the processing of personal data and the manner in which they may exercises the rights in relation to the processing of the data through the web site or in the premises of the head office / business premises in which they perform their the activity.

12. The Legal Value of the Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice is a general act of Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o., with all documents necessary for compliance of processing of personal data with respect to the entire business process, as well as relations with other Controllers, Processors and technical services (whether internal or external), being an integral part of this Declaration.

1. General Terms
These General Terms and travel regulations are a component part of the Agreement, in other words the voucher, between Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o., Mostarska 104, 21 000 Split, ID kod: HR-AB-21-060314270 (hereinafter: the Agency) and the contractor (hereinafter: the Traveler). These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions with which the Agency enters into a contract with the reservation holder, which differ in terms of legal liability. For reservations, where the Agency offers additional services, other than accommodation contractually performs as an organizer, while in all other cases the Agency acts as an intermediary (for accommodation sales). All the information and terms in the program and these General Terms are binding for both the Agency and the Traveler.
2. Offers
The Agency ensures services according to the information published and valid at the time of the reservation confirmation, and according to the description and travel period in accordance with confirmed reservations except in circumstances beyond our control such as illness of the service provider or his/her immediate family, outstanding circumstances which cannot be foreseen nor eliminated (natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, sanitary disruptions, fires, droughts, wars, strike, terrorist actions and limitations issued by the government mobilization, country exit ban).
3. Reservations and payment
Inquiries and accommodation reservations can be made via web, e-mail, in writing or in person at any of the Agency's offices as well as at the offices of our partner travel agencies. By confirming a reservation, the Traveler confirms that he/she is aware of the General Terms and conditions of the travel services and fully comprehends and accepts these terms which are binding for both the Traveler and the Agency.
The Agency provides the Traveler with the appropriate materials in electronic form, presenting all relevant information regarding the trip, and provides or points out the general terms and conditions of the trip which are an integral part of this Agreement, as well as offers a travel insurance package. The Traveler is obligated to provide any information required for the reservation process. A deposit is required depending on the chosen payment method. The balance payment is due at least 30 days before arrival unless otherwise specified upon booking confirmation.
Note: For payments made from abroad - This method of payment refers exclusively to foreign clients. It is necessary to transfer the value of the reservation to the foreign account of the agency. All bank fees and charges are the sole responsibility and to be paid for by the recipient of our services.
Note for credit card payment: All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our web site.
The service provider reserves the right to withhold service to the Traveler if the Traveler brings a pet to the accommodation without previously notifying the Agency or the service provider. In this case, the Agency is not obligated to accept complaints made by the Traveler on the quality of the booked accommodation or services.
Promotions and discounts cannot be aggregated with each other or combined. Each reservation can contain only one discount.
4. Statement of Online Payment Security
Our website uses CorvusPay for all online payments - an advanced system for secure credit cards payments over the internet.
CorvusPay insures complete confidentiality of your credit card information from the moment you enter them into the CorvusPay payment form. Your payment information is encrypted and sent from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our website never receives nor comes into contact with the full details of your payment card. In addition, your card details are not even available to CorvusPay employees. An isolated core system independently transfers and manages all sensitive information, keeping them completely safe.

The payment access form is secured with the highest reliability SSL transport code. All stored data is additionally encrypted using a cryptographic device certified to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all the requirements for online payment security prescribed by leading card brands and operates in accordance with - PCI DSS Level 1 – standards, the highest security standard for the payment card industry. When paying with cards that are in the 3-D Secure Program, your bank will make additional verifications to insure your identity using tokens or passwords.
All collected information that Corvus receives is considered a secret and is treated in this manner. This information is used only for its intended purpose. Your sensitive data is completely secure, and their privacy is guaranteed by state-of-the-art security mechanisms. Only the data necessary to perform the transaction will be collected in accordance with the prescribed on-line payment procedures.
The security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the current reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition to maintaining strict access controls, regular security tracking, deep-seated network vulnerability checks, and by implementing information security, we keep all of our systems up-to-date in order to enhance the security of our system to protecting your card information.
5. Sojourn tax
According to the Law on sojourn tax of the Republic of Croatia, the Traveler is obligated to pay the sojourn tax along with his/her accommodation payment. According to the Law on sojourn tax of the Republic of Croatia, the sojourn tax is from 2,00 to 7,00 Kuna per person per day for adults. Adolescents from the age of 12 to 18 (but not after they have turned 18) are entitled to a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempted from paying the sojourn tax. The total amount of the sojourn tax for a specific reservation is determined by the destination in the Republic of Croatia as well as the accommodation service dates.
The price of the service includes the basic service as described in the price list for the reserved accommodation unit. Special or extra services are those services which are not included in the base price of the accommodation (marked "on request" in the description of the accommodation unit or Price List/Rates or additional services that are available through prior notification and additional payment) and as such are to be paid by the Traveler along with the reservation amount or at the spot, as indicated in our offer. Special and extra services/requests must be requested or announced during the reservation process.
The average cost of electricity, water and gas is included in the price of the accommodation as are all the sheets and bedding items, final cleaning and other added services which are noted in the description of each accommodation unit. The Traveler is obligated to leave the premises clean and tidy before departure, regardless of the final cleaning charge set by the proprietor. Final cleaning includes washing and stacking of dishes, trash removal and sweeping all the rooms in the accommodation unit so that the accommodation unit is left neat and tidy.
The service rates are stated in Euros but are always formed in the local currency HRK. The Agency reserves the right to change the published rates. Travelers who have paid the deposit for a certain reservation are guaranteed by the Agency the accommodation rate listed on the calculation based on which the deposit payment was made. Should rate changes occur prior to the deposit being paid, the Agency is obligated to inform the Traveler of these changes. All involved parties accept that the Agency reserves the right of changing the rates no later than 20 days prior to the beginning of the service if the following occurred after the reservation confirmation: In case of changes in the foreign exchange rate, should the price of the paid reservation amount increase for more than 10 %, the Traveler has the right to cancel his/her reservation and is also entitled to a refund without any additional compensation.
The rates listed in our offers and programs are formed according to agreement made with our contractors and do not necessarily match the rates stated on the spot at the accommodation unit in which the Traveler resides. Possible differences in rates cannot be subject to complaint. Should the number of people arriving to the reserved accommodation unit exceed the number indicated on the travel documents (voucher), the service provider has the right to withhold service to unannounced Travelers or accommodate all Travelers provided that additional payment for the unannounced Travelers is made on the spot. In this case, the agency does not acknowledge any complaints for quality or services provided at the booked accommodation.
6. Categorization and service description
The offered accommodations are described in accordance with the official categorization of the proper authority, as well as the actual state of the unit at the time of its publication. The standards of the accommodation, food, services and the like vary depending on the destination/country and are not subject to comparison. The information provided to the Traveler at the point of sale does not obligate the Agency any more than the information stated on the web pages www.golden-leaf-tours.com or in the catalog or other printed materials of the Agency.
A parking place is secured only if the service provider has one available parking space for each accommodation unit on the premises or in its vicinity. A secured parking place does not necessarily mean that it is located in the yard of the premises, in a guarded, fenced or covered area.
Accommodation that is wheelchair accessible, but not necessarily completely adapted must possess the following characteristics:
- The position of the accommodation unit is on ground floor (up to a maximum of 2 steps at the entrance to the accommodation unit)
- The size of the accommodation unit is suitable for movement of a person in a wheelchair (minimum door width is 75cm, spacious bathroom, which is not necessarily equipped with adequate handles and bars)
7. Obligations of the Agency
The Agency's obligation is to provide services as well as selecting the service providers, while taking into consideration the rights and interests of Travelers in accordance with the traditions of the tourism industry. The Agency will fulfil all the above mentioned obligations as described, except in circumstances beyond its control (Article 2) in which the Agency will proceed as stated in Article 12.
8. Obligations of the Traveler
The Traveler is obligated to:
If the Traveler does not follow these regulations, he/she will be held responsible for any expenses or damages. By confirming a reservation, the Traveler has agreed to compensate the service provider on the spot for any potential damages caused by his/her own negligence.
9. The Traveler's right to changes and cancellations
In the event the Traveler wishes to change or cancel a confirmed reservation he/she must do so in writing (via e-mail or fax). Changes or cancellations by telephone are not permitted and will not be accepted. In the event that the Traveler should request to make a change or cancel a confirmed reservation, the date on which the written cancellation is received, during regular Agency's working hours, will represent the basis for the cost calculation. If the written cancellation is received outside regular Agency working hours, the cancellation date which will represent the ground for calculating cancellation costs will be the following working day of the agency. For full details, please refer to the company reservation policy.
In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons staying at the reserved accommodation unit after the reservation has already been placed, provided that the change is possible, the following conditions will apply:
- If the reservation unit is a house, apartment, villa or any other type of accommodation that is rented on a per unit basis, no additional fees will be charged but is subject to the maximum occupancy rule of the unit. Travelers must inform the agency of this change at least 7 days prior to arrival and receive written approval from the agency.
If the Traveler wishes to changes reservation units after the reservation deposit has already been received, then the request will be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and subject to the cancellation policy of that particular unit.
Important note: Even though Golden Leaf Tours d.o.o. publishes its cancelation policy as a standard set of guidelines, it is possible that the owner of the rental units may have a different (more strict) policy that must be respected by the Agency. If the cancelation policy of the accommodation differs from the below policy, the travel will be informed prior to final reservation.
In the event that the Traveler requests to change the confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit within the same building of the same service provider, provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge a 15,00EUR change fee and any price difference.
In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated below will apply.
If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation terms stated below will apply.
Road Transfers:
The client may requests change of a reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival at no extra charge. Any changes that are made outside this time frame are subject to a 15 EUR administrative fee. If the client does not show up at the arranged time and place of pick-up, the entire transfer will be charged.

Rent a car
By signing rental agreement renter acknowledges and agrees:
Fuel costs during rental period will be covered by the renter. When returning the vehicle, quantity of fuel must be equal to the level of fuel received. As a guarantee of payment, valid credit card is required (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX). When picking up the vehicle, authorization on the card must be made according to the car category. When returning the vehicle, as method of payment the renter can use a credit card, debit card or cash.
Insurance
Every vehicle is provided with third party liability coverage. Deductible amount depends on the car group and is determined by Rental Company’s management.
CDW - Collision Damage Waiver - max. amount of renter's liability for damage made on a vehicle, or so called excess (deductible) amount. Its height depends on the car group. If the damage is lower than the excess amount, the renter is liable for the amount estimated.
TP-Theft Protection-the renter limits his liability for this damage up to the amount of excess.
To reduce risk and the amount of damage liability may reduce by acceptance of the following payment: SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) daily supplement for reducing renter's liability to zero.
The insurance does in no way cover:
- Damage to the wheels, tires and hubs
- Damage to the underside of the car, the interior of the car, all car windows
- Damage to the engine due to lack of oil or filling the car with wrong fuel or careless driving
- Burned clutch
- Loss of car keys, car documents or registration plates
- Damage caused by a driver under influence of alcohol or drugs
- Damage caused by an unauthorized driver
- Damage done outside Croatia, if the border crossing wasn't allowed by the lessor
- Any damage to the vehicle if the vehicle was moving on unpaved roads
- Any damage not reported to the nearest police station / rental station
In case of any situation mentioned above, the renter is responsible for whole amount of the damage.
Procedure in case of accident
Renter agrees to protect the interests of lessor company in case of accident by:
- Obtaining names and addresses of parties involved
- Not abandoning rented vehicle without adequate safeguarding and security
- Calling the nearest rental station even in case of a slight damage and submitting to the police station
- In case of greater damage or if the persons are injured is obligated to notify police, to wait until the police arrives and makes official inquiries and also immediately notify nearest rental station
- All police statements from the accident and alcohol testing results must be handed over to rental station when returning the car. If renter fails to take the steps mentioned above, he/she agrees to be liable to lessor for all losses and consequences lessor should suffer thereof.
In the event the Traveler must cancel a reservation within 7 days before the beginning date of the service, the Agency offers the Traveler the possibility of finding a new Traveler/User for the same reservation if possible (this depends on the service provider). In that case, the Agency will only charge the actual cost of the passenger change. The new reservation holder accepts all the obligations stated in these General Terms and Conditions.
In the event the Traveler does not arrive to the accommodation by midnight on the beginning date of the service, without contacting the Agency or the service provider, the reservation will be cancelled and the corresponding cancellation fees will be charged according to the above mentioned terms. Should the actual costs exceed the amount paid for the reservation, the Agency reserves the right to charge the actual costs incurred and will send an invoice to the Traveler which he will be obligated to pay within 14 days of receipt thereof.
The Agency is not obligated or responsible for reimbursing the Traveler for the cost of his/her travel documents or visas relating to the reservations cancelled by the Traveler.
10. Travel insurance
The cost of the trip does not include the travel insurance "package": insurance against accidents and illnesses that may occur during the trip, damage or loss of luggage or voluntary health insurance. Should the Traveler request additional insurance, arrangements can be made directly with the insurance company or at the Agency itself wherein the Agency acts only as a mediator. Please read the insurance Terms and Conditions carefully before purchase.
The cost of the trip does not include cancellation insurance. Should the Traveler, during the reservation process suspect that due to certain reasons he might cancel his trip the agency recommends purchase of cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance cannot be paid for after the reservation has been made, only during the booking process.
Should the Traveler not have cancellation insurance and is unable to travel the Agency reserves the right to refund the Traveler according to the cancellation terms listed in Article 9 of this Agreement. In the event of a reservation cancellation, visa application costs and other travel document costs are non-refundable even if the Traveler has cancellation insurance. If the Traveler has a cancellation insurance policy, the Traveler must file all claims with the insurance company which issued the policy, while the Agency is obligated to provide all necessary documentation relating to the claim and the reservation in question. All other insurance terms and conditions are enclosed with the insurance policy and the Agency recommends that Travelers read them more carefully.
11. Luggage/baggage
Each Traveler is responsible for lost, damaged and/or stolen property left unsupervised. The Agency is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen luggage, nor for stolen luggage or valuables kept in the accommodation unit (renting a safe if possible or buying an insurance package, which would include luggage insurance is recommended). Lost or stolen luggage is to be reported to the accommodation service provider or to the relevant police station.
12. The Agency's right to changes and cancellations
The Agency reserves the right to make changes of reservations in the event of circumstances which cannot be predicted, avoided or eliminated (see Article 2). A reserved accommodation unit can only be changed with prior notification to the Traveler for an accommodation unit of the same category or of a higher category and at the price at which the Traveler confirmed the reservation. If the replacement accommodation is only possible in a higher-category unit where the price is 15% higher than the price of the paid reservation, the Agency reserves the right to charge the Traveler for the difference in agreement with the Traveler. In the event a replacement accommodation unit cannot be arranged, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation and notify the Traveler prior to the beginning of the service and guarantees a full refund of the paid amount. If the Agency cancels a reservation, the Traveler is not entitled to any compensation from the Agency and the Agency is only obligated to refund the amount paid to the Agency's account. If an adequate replacement unit is not available on the day of the commencement of the service, the Agency will make an effort to provide the Traveler with information on possible alternative arrangements which are not a part of the Agency's offer and will refund the Traveler with the full amount paid for the reservation.
13. Handling/filing complaints
Each Traveler - reservation holder has a right to file a complaint if the paid services was not provided. If the services provided are not satisfactory, the passenger is required to immediately notify the Agency about the inadequate service and file a complaint on the day of his/her arrival at the location to the service provider and to inform the Agency office by email at [email protected] or by phone at +385 (0)21 542 059 (within customer service working hours). The Traveler is obligated to cooperate with the Agency representative as well as with the service provider in a well-intentioned manner so that the cause of the complaint can be resolved. If upon arrival the Traveler is not satisfied with the state of the accommodation and leaves the accommodation on his own initiative and finds another accommodation without giving the agency a chance to resolve the issue, correct the cause of the discontent, or find another accommodation for the Traveler, the Traveler does not have a right to request a refund or make a claim for compensation, regardless of the fact that his/her reasons were justified or not.
Should the Traveler accept the proposed solution which corresponds with the service rendered on the spot, the Agency will not take additional complaints into consideration or respond to them.
If the problem is not resolved on the spot following an intervention, the Traveler is obligated to submit a written complaint along with supporting documents as well as any photographs to support the complaint to the agency by e-mail at [email protected] or by post mail no later than 7 days following the return from his/her trip. The Agency shall only take into consideration fully documented complaints which are received within the 7-day deadline.
The agency is obligated to make a written solution to the complaint within 14 days of receipt of the written complaint. The agency can postpone the deadline in order to collect the evidence and check the claim quotes with the service provider but not for more than 14 days. The agency will take into consideration only those claims whose cause could not be resolved on the spot.
Until a decision has been made by the Agency, in other words for the duration of the 14/28 days after the complaint has been filed, the Traveler relinquishes the right to involve a third party. The highest amount of compensation per complaint can amount to the complaint portion of the service and cannot encompass the used portion of the service or the total amount of the service. The law of tourism excludes the Traveler's right to be compensated for ideal damages.
The Agency cannot be held responsible for climate conditions, cleanliness, and the temperature of the sea, nor for other similar situations and events which can result in the dissatisfaction of Travelers and are not a direct result of the accommodation unit (for example, bad weather, improperly maintained beaches, crowds, lost or stolen property and such).
If the Traveler decides to book the special LAST MINUTE deal, then he accepts all risks of such travel. These journeys include uncertainty of facts upon which the agency cannot influence, and the Traveler primarily due to the price accepted such a trip and therefore has no right of complaint to the agency.
14. Personal information security
The Traveler provides personal information of his/her own free will. Personal information is required for processing requested services. The same information shall be used for inter-communication. The Agency is under obligation that the personal information of the Traveler will not be taken out of the country or given to a third party except for the purpose of carrying out requested services. The personal information will be kept in a database in accordance with the Management's decision on the method used for collecting, processing and securing personal information. With the acceptance of these General Terms, the Traveler gives permission for his/her personal information to be used for promotional offers of the Agency.
15. Note
Paying a deposit or payment in full signifies that the Traveler fully comprehends and accepts the aforementioned terms.
16. Court jurisdiction
The Traveler and the Agency will aim to settle possible law suits in the application of this Agreement and if an agreement cannot be reached the issue will become subject to the decision of the Split Court jurisdiction, under the authority of the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
The employees of the agency shall inform the passenger of the content of the valid Liability Insurance Contract for damages caused by Golden Leaf Tours LTD to the passenger by failure to meet obligations or by partially or inconsistently meeting obligations in relation to the package holiday, and by signing the Travel Contract the Passenger shall confirm to have been informed of the content of the stated Insurance Contract.
Private accommodation (excluding Villas)
For cancellation of private accommodation the cancellation charges are as follows:
a. Reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to the beginning date of the service 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be deducted.
b. Reservations cancelled from 29 to 15 days prior to the beginning date of the service 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
c. Reservation cancelled from 14 to 8 days prior to the beginning date of the service 80% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
d. Reservations cancelled from 7 to 0 days prior to the beginning date of the service 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
e. If the Traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
Hotels
For cancellation of hotels the cancellation charges will be determined once the reservation is requested in certain hotel due to their cancellation policy.
Villas
For cancellation of Villas, the cancellation charges are as follows:
a. Reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to the beginning date of the service 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be deducted.
b. Reservations cancelled from 29 to 15 days prior to the beginning date of the service 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
c. Reservation cancelled from 14 to 8 days prior to the beginning date of the service 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
d. If the Traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
Transfers
5) In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation transfer, the following fees are charged:
a. There is no charge for a reservation canceled up to 48 hours prior to the beginning date of the service
b. If the Traveler does not arrive to the transfer destination or cancels the service within 48 hours before it begins, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
Excursions and tours
For cancellation of excursions and tours the cancellation charges will be determined once the reservation is requested depending about the operator and due to their cancellation policy and trip type.
If the Traveler is entitled to a partial refund after cancelling his reservation, the agency will make a refund within 45 days.
Under normal conditions, the Travel is required to pay a reservation deposit of 15%-30% of the total tour cost depending on the tour and the operator. In case of cancelation or no show, this reservation fee will not be reimbursed to the traveler.
In case of extraordinary condition such as natural disaster, hospitalization or another such event that would deny the travel the ability to proceed with the tour, a full refund will be made. These conditions must be presented in writing to the agency before the start of the reserved tour or excursion.
Apartment On the Sunny Side is set in town Korčula, only 400 m to the historic old town and very popular Banje beach.
This apartment is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV. This apartment also features a terrace surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a toaster, refrigerator, dining area, kitchenware, stovetop.
Apartment On the Sunny Side features free WiFi throughout the property. Towels are provided. Entire unit is located on ground floor.
ACI Marina Korčula is 400 m from Apartment On the Sunny Side, while St. Blaise Fortress is 600 m away. This is guests' favourite part of Korčula. Free private parking is available on site.
